What is the return policy?
At HUB Perfume, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following conditions:
• Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition, including the box and all packaging.
• Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged due to quality and safety concerns.
• If you receive a damaged product or one that differs from your order, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the product.
How much does shipping cost?
• Shipping varies based on delivery location, it will be calculated automatically at checkout.
• The customer is responsible for shipping fees in case of an exchange.
• If the error is on the part of the store, the customer will bear all shipping fees.
When will I get my order?
We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible:
Within the UAE
• Delivery within 1-3 business days Outside the UAE.
International order
• Delivery within 5-10 business days depending on the country.
For tracking
• You will receive tracking number after order is confirmed.
