Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, including all packaging.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
• If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover all shipping costs.
